During the casserole nights, our delicious, comforting food and conviviality take centre stage. In the historic basement of a city palace, chef Wim Ballieu and his team prepare delicious casseroles and tasty sides.

The evening begins with an aperitif, when you can enjoy a local beer or Belgian bubbles and three appetisers. Afterwards, you'll learn more about Belgian agriculture during an interactive short film, and enjoy a snack to go with it. For the main course, you have a choice of four casseroles to share and four additional sides. There are also vegetarian options. The evening concludes with coffee and dessert in the courtyard.

Are you driving to Ghent? First check whether you may enter the city centre with your vehicle. Clean vehicles may enter the city centre free of charge, polluting vehicles have to pay. Is your vehicle allowed to enter, but do you not have a Belgian or Dutch number plate? You will ALWAYS have to register!
