2020 will see the opening of a new science museum in Ledeganckstraat. At the Ghent University Museum, or GUM for short, you dive into the brain of a scientist and the scientific method.

The new museum opens its permanent exhibition in March 2020 with a pop-up exhibition around perspective and geometry in the work of Jan Van Eyck. GUM has this scientific analysis enter into a dialogue with the work of a number of contemporary artists. A scientific and artistic narrative on measurement and playing with the onlooker’s viewpoint.
