The 'Communicatieloft'

The Communication Loft provides state-of-the-art multimedia equipment and versatile infrastructure to accommodate up to 100 people. Located on the Communication Campus along the R4 ring road and the Ghent Ring Canal, it lies at the heart of Flanders. It is easy to reach by car (from E40 or E17) or by train. We provide shuttle services from and to Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station (5 minutes).

The fully adaptable Multimedia Room is equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia, such as a Bose surround sound system and a double projection screen - which can be used independently.

That is why this is the ideal location for your seminars, meetings, presentations, debates and press conferences. The ergonomic furniture, dimmable lighting and sun blinds all add to the comfort of this room.

The Perspective Meeting Room is perfect for creative meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, strategic sessions, try-outs and other small-scale meetings.

We gladly flavour your event or seminar with top-notch catering, offered by our chefs in our own professional kitchen.
