MeetingCenteR4, a meeting and training centre, offers a range of rooms to suit your meeting, brainstorming session or training event. Groups of up to 50 people can meet in light-filled rooms with modern infrastructure and a relaxing view. Everything is here to ensure optimal meetings: screen with Clickshare, Wi-Fi, projection, flipchart, etc. MeetingCenteR4 is strategically located on the CommunicationCampus along the R4, between the E40/E17 and Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station.

Available venues
The location offers various rooms: PeRspectief4, VeRseau4, ARisteau4, BaRbeau4, BoRdeau4, Resteau4, CointReau4, FigaReau4, CaReau4, Recteau4. The meeting rooms can also be used as a private restaurant. In addition, the different rooms can be combined for break-out sessions.
Larger groups of up to 100 people can gather on the same site for seminars and events in the CommunicationLoft. And, for congresses, events or small fairs of up to 200 people, the AuditoRium4 is available. All rooms can be used in combination. Home-made dishes can also be served in Foyer, the restaurant area.

Time for a tasty break? MeetingCenteR4 has its own professional kitchen. Whether it's a filling breakfast or light lunch, reception, walking or seated dinner – the options are endless. A break package is also among the options, allowing your participants to top up their energy.
Accessibility
Central location in Ghent, just a stone's throw from Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station and the traffic artery R4 and Expo (E17/E40), MeetingCenteR4 is very easy to reach. This venue has its own car park with charging stations.
Prefer to come by public transport? It's an 18-minute walk from the station to the location. There are also efficient bus connections, plus the option to organise a shuttle bus, transporting all participants easily to your location.
