Rooftop Gaston has been awarded the Green Key label, an international sustainability label, as of 2026 and offers two rooms and a covered roof terrace with city garden. Thanks to the flexible layout, you can use the rooms individually, such as a plenary session in the party hall and parallel workshops in the meeting room, or use everything combined for larger groups.

This spacious room with industrial décor and natural light can be arranged flexibly and lends itself perfectly to conferences, meetings or networking events.
Meeting room
This industrially designed space is located in the property's old water tower. This meeting room is ideal for brainstorming, workshops or as a breakout space.
Covered outdoor terrace
This outdoor space provides a flexible setting for breakout sessions, workshops or networking occasions. Whatever the weather, this space remains operational thanks to the canopy. During breaks, participants can enjoy the adjacent green roof with magnificent views of Ghent.
The rooms are equipped with the necessary audiovisual infrastructure (projection screen, projector, sound system and microphone), free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The culinary experience at Rooftop Gaston is provided by Coeur Catering, known for its sustainable, seasonal and creative gastronomy and B Corp-certified since 2025. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner or coffee breaks, each menu is customised to suit your conference or meeting.
Rooftop Gaston is easily accessible by car as well as public transport (bus stop within walking distance). There is a paid private car park, equipped with charging stations for electric cars. Thanks to its convenient location near access roads, you can get here quickly from any direction.
