Available spaces  
The Winter Circus in Ghent provides an impressive setting for your next conference. At the heart of the building is the Arena, a versatile space that effortlessly hosts up to 500 people for conferences, dinners or other activities. Located in the heart of the Arena is the Inner Circle, an ideal space for more intimate gatherings, such as after-work drinks or exclusive meetings. 

On the second floor, you will find the Auditorium, a breathtaking space with a view of the Arena. For large-scale events, the Grand Expo offers numerous options and the advantage of being divisible into Expo 1 and Expo 2. Moreover, seating for catering can also be provided within the Arena space. 

With AV equipment provided as standard in all meeting and event rooms, running hybrid meetings is made easy. In addition, an open Wi-Fi network is available. For conference or event space reservations, please get in touch with the event assistant, Betsy, accessible on this page. 

For large conferences, this venue can be seamlessly combined with other nearby venues. For instance, De Krook and De Vooruit are just a short walk away, and both offer their own dedicated conference spaces. 

Food & drinks 
You'll find a wide array of choices for snacks and drinks at the Winter Circus. From a substantial breakfast to kick off the day to a sophisticated lunch or post-event networking drinks – anything is possible. With the variety of catering services available at the Winter Circus, you're sure to find a tasty choice for any event. 

The Winter Circus collaborates with SIR - Premium Event Catering, a regular partner where passion and quality are paramount. SIR offers a variety of options, from intimate dinners to large-scale gatherings. SIR uses only seasonal ingredients, customising each menu to perfectly match the unique character and atmosphere of your event.  

Accessibility 
The Winter Circus is located in the lively heart of Ghent, within walking distance of iconic venues such as De Krook, De Vooruit and Gent Zuid. Thanks to its central location, the Winter Circus is easily accessible by tram and bus as well as by car.  

For those arriving by car, there are several parking options available nearby. Parking Zuid, located just outside the low-emission zone and a mere two-minute walk away, offers ample parking and charging stations for electric vehicles. Parking Sint-Pietersplein, located inside the LEZ, is another convenient option, just a short nine-minute walk away.
