GentCongres will create a digital flyer free of charge. You can use this flyer for promote your conference. Of you can have the flyer printed and distribute copies at other editions of the conference!

This city map is a must for those only just getting to know Ghent: the small map on the front takes a closer look at the city centre and the large map on the back includes information about the roads leading to the city, P+R sites, etc. You’ll find the main attractions and anchor points on the city map, as well as information about railway stations, tram lines, streets and hotels. With this city map, you’re already half way there!

Paper versions of this city map are also available in your accommodation, the tourist office and in the info point in the Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station.
