Available spaces
Gazon is unique in Ghent. There are no meeting rooms or breakout rooms, but hideaways made up of terraces, covered pavilions and cosy corners scattered across a green oasis of 5,000 m². The medium-sized pavilions are perfect for breakout sessions, plenary meetings or networking, with capacity from a few dozen to about 200 people, seated or standing. For larger corporate events or conferences, you can use the entire venue so that plenary sessions and catering points can be integrated within one cohesive concept.
Wi-Fi and audiovisual support are available and tailored to the chosen setup. The venue is also wheelchair accessible.
Food & drinks
Gazon works with a regular catering partner for food and drinks. Catering packages can be fully customised; from a welcome breakfast, lunch or brunch to OFYR BBQs and walking dinners. The Cantana covered bar is centrally located in the garden, which makes it convenient for coffee breaks, receptions or networking at the end of the event.
Accessibility
Located on the site of the Crystalline Ice Rink in the south of Ghent, Gazon is easily accessible via the E40 and E17 motorways. The location offers more than 300 parking spaces and ample bicycle parking. The site is outside the low-emission zone. Shuttle transportation can be arranged for participants staying in the city centre who are travelling from a little further away.
