The Museum of Industry has a diverse range of meeting and event rooms, each of which has a character and appearance of its own. The largest room, Elvira, is perfect for plenary sessions and conferences and can also be rented in parts. The Kazim and Remi rooms offer additional facilities to hold parallel sessions or break-outs. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, the Charlotte room is an excellent choice.
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. Kazim, Remi and Charlotte also have a flip chart, a data projector, a projector and a screen. In this museum, your meeting takes place in an inspiring setting that includes industrial machinery and heritage and has a story of its own.
To top it all off, after opening hours, conference participants can discover the museum during an exclusive night-time tour – an ideal way to bring your event to a close.
Participants are always welcomed with coffee, tea, fruit and sweet treats. Coffee, tea and water are also provided at all times during the meeting itself. Lunch or a reception is also available upon request.
As Gent-Dampoort railway station and a bus stop are within walking distance, the museum is easily accessible by public transport. For those who prefer to drive, several public car parks are located within walking distance of the museum.
