Available spaces 
Loop5 has a broad offering of multi-functional spaces, each with its own character and specific facilities. What's more, half of the rooms feature a camera and sound bar, ideal for hybrid meetings. The Plectrum, a theatre hall boasting abundant natural light, is the perfect venue for seminars and conferences. This space can also be combined with the adjacent foyer, perfect for receptions and walking dinners.

Thanks to its circular layout, The Arena is the obvious choice for interactive presentations and workshops. Various meeting rooms are also available for breakouts.

If you're looking for an exclusive setting, you'll find it in the Private Dining area next to Bar Amelia. You can enjoy a meal here during a presentation or networking event. After closing time, Bar Amelia can then also be rented out for (walking) dinners or receptions.

Food & drinks 
We offer various catering options: make a choice from Bar Amelia's standard menu (breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks) or consult with one of Loop5's catering partners.

Accessibility 
Loop5 is easily accessible thanks to its central location. Situated along the main transport routes (E40, E17 and R4), the site has its own car park with 482 spaces, 100 of which have charging stations. Paid parking at the site is available after business hours or on weekends. During business hours, we recommend using the city of Ghent's car park C. The venue is also easily accessible by tram and bus.
