Available spaces
The meeting area of the hotel can accommodate up to 400 people. The hotel boasts ten meeting rooms, including the medieval crypt, a unique location to organise events. For companies who want to plan smaller meetings or need a polyvalent location, there are two boardrooms of 4 to 12 persons. Another great location is the patio, the perfect spot to organise receptions, lunches and dinners during the summer.
Food & drinks
For events, the chef at the NH hotel will be happy to create a customised menu that perfectly suits your conference. The hotel also features a cosy bar with an extensive selection of Belgian beers. Weather permitting, you can even enjoy your drink outside on the attractive patio.
Accessibility
The hotel's location is very practical. The main entrance is located in the pedestrian zone of the centre, which allows the guests to quietly explore the city. The car park entrance, however, is situated outside this pedestrian zone so it can be reached without a licence. The underground car park features 120 places as well as twenty charging stations for electrical cars. In addition, the hotel is within walking distance of the ‘Korenmarkt’ public transport hub, so it is easily accessible by bus or tram.
