You can work with colleagues in our 11 smart meeting rooms In addition, all rooms feature free WiFi. Your events at The Loop business park and Flanders Expo are adjacent to the hotel, which offers a lot of additional opportunities for conferences and conventions.

The Loop lounge bar and Atrium restaurant

After your conference or meeting, you can enjoy a drink at the Lounge Bar. Open on working days from Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. until midnight. In the Atrium restaurant, you can have a generous American breakfast buffet, lunch or dinner. Catering is possible as well.

Accessibility

Holiday Inn Gent Expo is located at the junction of the E40 (Brussels-Ostend) and E17 (Amsterdam-Paris) motorways and therefore easily accessible by car. The parking facilities are spacious and provided with charging stations. The hotel is also easily accessible by public transport thanks to a direct tram connection to both the historical centre and the Gent-Sint-Pieters train station.
