De Krook has seven meeting rooms named after iconic Flemish literary works. Twistappel, De Laatkomer, Vergeten Straat and De Verwondering are ideal for smaller gatherings and offer stunning views of the Ghent skyline. De Blauwe Vogel and Vos are perfect for larger events and can be combined with De Haas for extra capacity. These rooms are located on the lower ground floor, where you can also organise catered events such as receptions and networking sessions.
For large meetings or conferences, this venue can be seamlessly combined with other nearby venues, such as Wintercircus and Vooruit, which are within walking distance and offer their own meeting facilities.
Guests can enjoy various catering options at De Krook, from cold snacks to light sandwich lunches. The on-site Krookcafé also offers several options for breaks and lunches, with stunning views of Ghent's towers.
De Krook is easily accessible by public transportation thanks to its location near the Zuid intersection, where several tram and bus lines converge. For those travelling by car, the Zuid paid underground car park is a mere 250-metre walk away. This car park has several charging stations for electric cars and is easily accessible via the E40 and E17 motorways. An extra bonus: De Krook also has a jetty, which is perfect for ending your meeting day with a relaxing cruise along the waterways of Ghent
