The Balzaal (Ballroom) is the perfect backdrop for stylish receptions or dinners in an elegant setting. In turn, the Domzaal (Cathedral Hall), with its impressive high ceiling, is ideal for inspiring keynote speeches or panel discussions. The Concertzaal (Concert Hall), with a capacity of up to 600 people, provides an imposing space for large-scale conferences. The Foyer Theaterzaal (Foyer Theatre Room), overlooking the water, is an attractive venue for networking receptions, dinners or meetings and provides access to the terrace when the weather is favourable. The Theaterzaal, with its period features and theatre seating design, is the ideal setting for presentations and conferences.

It is also worth noting that De Vooruit offers several smaller meeting rooms that can be booked by mutual agreement.

VIERNULVIER offers different catering arrangements for your conference, provided by external caterers. On the other hand, the indoor VIERNULVIER Café, with its beautiful terrace, is the place to go for a well-deserved coffee break or drink after your conference. The café serves dishes prepared entirely according to the LEF principle: Local, Ecological and Fair trade.

De Vooruit is within walking distance of the 'Zuid' tram and bus stop and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. For those arriving by car, there are various parking options available nearby. Parking Zuid, located just outside the low-emission zone and just a three-minute walk away, offers ample parking and charging points for electric vehicles. Parking Sint-Pietersplein, located inside the low-emission zone, is another convenient option, just nine minutes' walk away.
