Zhang Peili

Zhang Peili is considered a pioneer of Chinese video art. He also explores other media to try to distance himself from artistic conventions. This exhibition presents a comprehensive picture of his artistic career and shows how he evolved from avant-garde paintings to experiments with video and digital media.
