This family-run establishment in the heart of Ghent has been serving traditional French and Belgian cuisine since 2005. Ghent-style beef stew, known locally as “Gentse stoverij”, and “waterzooi”, a traditional Belgian stew typically made with chicken or fish in a creamy broth, are always on the menu, along with seasonal dishes. If your party is smaller than 10 people, you can dine in a contemporary dining room overlooking Emile Braunplein.
