Travellers, locals and business people all mingle in design hotel Yalo. It has its own foodie restaurant and bar. Chef Jasper Maatman is in charge of the kitchen and serves small sharing plates, bar bites and classic dishes with a twist.

The menu at Yalo changes with the seasons. It is also focused on ingredients produced in a responsible way. And by combining regional products, pure cocktails and local initiatives, the menu is refined and varied as well.

Bar bites can be ordered throughout the day, and in the afternoon, you can choose from a wide range of sweet pastries.

In the rooftop bar, from April to August, depending on the weather, you can not only enjoy a drink and a bite to eat, but also a spectacular view of the city.
