Travellers, locals and business people all mingle in design hotel Yalo. It has its own foodie restaurant and bar. Chef Jasper Maatman is in charge of the kitchen and serves small sharing plates, bar bites and classic dishes with a twist.
The menu at Yalo changes with the seasons. It is also focused on ingredients produced in a responsible way. And by combining regional products, pure cocktails and local initiatives, the menu is refined and varied as well.
Bar bites can be ordered throughout the day, and in the afternoon, you can choose from a wide range of sweet pastries.
The bar is also the place to be for delicious cocktails and wines.
In the rooftop bar, from April to August, depending on the weather, you can not only enjoy a drink and a bite to eat, but also a spectacular view of the city.

Opening hours
- The restaurant is open every day from 12:00 am to 10u30 pm (lunch and dinner)
- The bar is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, it is open from 11:00 am to 01:00 am.
- The rooftop bar is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (weather-dependent)
