Total capacity
In total, 550 persons can set off on a boat trip at the same time. Live guided tours or audio guides in the desired language, evening tours available upon request. Five zero emission electric boats are also available (65 persons per boat).

Accessibility: De Bootjes van Gent is delighted to help less mobile visitors aboard (in the case of several people, please let us know beforehand).
The boat is accessible provided the person in question can (with help):
- manage stairs with a rail going down
- manage two steps in the boat
- take a seat and sit upright on the bench with a backrest
Wheelchairs cannot be taken on board, but can be stored safely at the jetty. Foldable wheelchairs can be taken on board.
