Have you ever wondered about one of the following things: What is the right balance between work and leisure? How have lunch breaks changed over time? Do limbs still get caught in machines? The answers to these and other questions can be found in BURN, an exhibition on safety and well-being at work between 1800 and the present day.
This exhibition in the Museum of Industry tells you all about fire hazards, burn-out, occupational accidents, ergonomics, time clocks and prevention. You will also find out more about the conditions miners used to work in and what office furniture used to look like. Captivating audio and video testimonials complete the exhibition.
This activity takes place on a location within the low emission zone
