The ice cream is made on the basis of fresh raw cow’s milk, to which natural flavouring is added, but no eggs, butter, colouring agents or preservatives. Fresh ice cream is available every day in twelve different flavours.
The ice cream parlour’s interior was designed by Lieven Musschoot. Geometric tiles in soft hues contrast with warm wood accents and two eye-catching lighting elements. The stained glass window provides an authentic touch.
