Golden Gai is a ramen bar near Gent-Dampoort railway station. The chef draws his inspiration from Japan and works with local products as much as possible. Everything, from noodles to soda is therefore made in-house.

The restaurant operates a fixed menu consisting of four types of ramen, all but one of which can also be vegetarian or vegan. Each month, there is a ramen special, including combinations such as ramen with blood sausage or ramen with asparagus à la flamande.

Most of the dishes are lactose-free. Are you allergic to gluten? If so, let Golden Gai know in advance and the chef will provide suitable dishes.

The extensive cocktail menu consists of a fixed section and a list of changing specials. You can also enjoy natural wines and home-made lemonades.
