The ice cream of Oyya is born out of love of the product, an interest in flavour combinations and a longing to explore the world and find unique ingredients.
Oyya produces ice cream according to artisanal methods, using pasteurised milk, cream, powdered milk and sugar. Flavour is added with vanilla from Madagascar, Belgian chocolate, hazelnuts from Piemonte, pistachio nuts from Bronte… The sorbets have a fruit content of at least 50%. A range of vegan ice cream is also available, as well as Liège waffles and milkshakes.
Oyya has a branch in Langemunt 8.
