Stroom is a new, independent brewery based in Ghent and was established by a Belgian-American duo.
The brewery combines the traditional and progressive craft of brewing in its beers and uses 100% renewable energy to do so.
In the convivial tasting room, you can order a round of beers on tap or buy a selection of cans and refillable “growler” bottles to take home.
During the guided tours, you will be given a look behind the scenes of the brewery, discovering how the beers are created from scratch. You will learn everything there is to know about the brewing process and the philosophy behind it. You will also be able to try four beers during the tour. Tours are given to groups of 8 people or more.
