Ganda Rooms & Suites is based in an 18th-century mansion in a peaceful street in the heart of Ghent, a stone's throw from St James' Church and a few minutes' walk from the Vrijdagsmarkt.
It lies somewhere between a small boutique hotel and a chic bed & breakfast.
The eight rooms and suites are divided into three price categories and offer different sizes, colours and comfort levels. Wherever possible, the owners have retained the authenticity of the premises: some rooms have an original fireplace and ceiling, while others have original and ancient wooden beams.
Other bonuses include the small terraces adjoining some rooms, the patio and the charming lounge.
