Het Spijker, a pub with a past. Het Spijker literally means granary, which previously was the function of this historic building. Go down the stairs and walk back into history. A real local pub with an attractive lounge area on the 2nd floor.
At Het Spijker you can choose from not one, but two terraces. At the front you can enjoy Ghent's bustling city centre, at the back you have a beautiful view of the Leie. Both, of course, while enjoying a Belgian beer or a homemade lemonade.
At Het Spijker cosiness knows no end. The doors do not close until the last visitor has left the pub.
