From 1 November until the end of March, boat trips only depart from the jetty used by the sister company, boat operator De bootjes van Gent - Rederij Dewaele (Korenlei).

Dog-friendly: Dogs are allowed if they are not bothering the other passengers
Accessibility: Boat in Gent is delighted to help less mobile visitors aboard (in the case of several people, please let us know beforehand). The boat is accessible provided the person in question can (with help):
- manage stairs with a rail going down
- manage two steps in the boat
- take a seat and sit upright on the bench with a backrest
Wheelchairs cannot be taken on board, but can be stored safely at the jetty. Foldable wheelchairs can be taken on board.
