During the summer months of July and August, the central square in Zebra Street becomes a summer pop-up bar with beach setting around the cosy pond. Zebra Beach is the perfect place to relax and enjoy delicious mocktails or cocktails while the little ones splash in the water.

Every Thursday night, a DJ will provide a sultry summer set.

From concerts to exhibitions and movie nights, there is always something going on at the Zebrabeach.

Low emission zone: register your vehicle to avoid a fine.

Your vehicle’s Euro standard and fuel type determine whether or not you are allowed to enter the city centre of Ghent. Clean cars can enter the city, polluting cars must pay. If your vehicle is allowed to enter the city centre but you do not have a Belgian or Dutch number plate, you should ALWAYS register it!
