• The CityCard is strictly for personal use.
  • All locations can only be visited once.
  • All the opening times can be found on this website (www.visitgent.be).
  • Upon the first use of this card, the user must fill in the start date (or get it filled in) on the back of the card.
  • Every CityCard includes a 2- or 3-day ticket for public transport. This ticket starts—and is only valid—from the start date on the card.
  • Within the card's activation period, you can take one free boat tour.
  • Within the card's activation period, it entitles the holder to one day's bike rental via these partners, when available. 
  • Within the card's activation period, it entitles the holder to one day's use, free-of-charge, of the hop-on-hop-off water tram service, when available (check availability here).
  • Within the card's activation period, you can visit all the temporary exhibitions at Ghent’s museums free-of-charge.
  • Offers in the CityCard are valid for 48 or 72 hours after activation.
  • The Tourism Department of Ghent City Council cannot be held liable for any damage that is incurred from the use of the CityCard.
  • A lost or stolen CityCard cannot be refunded or replaced.
  • In the event of misuse, the CityCard can be blocked.
  • The Tourism Department of Ghent City Council cannot be held liable for damage or costs  incurred as a result of the lack of, or unsatisfactory provision of, a service by a CityCard service provider.
