In 1997 Paul opened the very first Greenway in the Ghent city centre, and it was a success from day 1. Local residents quickly found their way to this plant-based restaurant. Over the years, the Greenway products have been voted Best Product of the Year several times (Belgian consumer election).
Greenway has conquered not only the hearts of the Ghent citizens, but the entire world. The products are on sale in the supermarkets Delhaize, Colruyt, Spar and Carrefour. And you can find them at numerous Belgian music festivals thanks to Greenway On Tour.
