Without reservation

Ghent’s bar and restaurant operators understand that you don’t always know in advance what you’re in the mood for or where you’ll be around dinner time. There are a few establishments where you can go without booking a table, because these restaurants don’t accept reservations, because they keep a few tables free for walk-ins or because there is almost always a free table. Just know that you might have to be a bit patient until a table is free. Want to have an aperitif in the meantime?
