Restaurant Sensum is located in a renovated castle on the outskirts of Ghent. Host Deborah and star chef Maurice will gladly welcome you to their stylish restaurant. Originality, quality and experience are what this restaurant is all about.
Chef Maurice creates inspired and original combinations. To this end, he uses ingredients of the highest quality. From your table, you can see him and his team at work in the open kitchen. And when they’re finished, you can try the refined result.
You can choose from a 4-course, a 5-course or a 6-course menu. The restaurant also serves a number of à-la-carte dishes.
Groups from 12 people can dine privately on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
