Since 1985, Ayuno has been the most important organic and natural food shop in the heart of Ghent. Here, you can find many products bought straight from local suppliers.
Ayuno is the place to be for organic vegetables, fruits and other foods, as well as vegetarian/vegan alternatives. You can also buy natural food supplements, cruelty-free cosmetics and personal care products in the shop. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or if you have questions about allergy-free products, you can always ask them for advice.
Ayuno prefers working with small-scale, local suppliers and with the local hospitality sector.
The shop is located in the city centre and can be easily reached by taking tram 1 or tram 3. Are you travelling by car? Then you can park in the car park Center, which is located right next to the shop.
