Francis Maere Fine Arts Gallery is specialised in Belgian art from the period between 1880 and 1950. You will find works by some of the most renowned representatives of impressionism, luminism and symbolism. The Latem School collection is especially noteworthy.

The historic Hotel Falligan at the Kouter square houses the Francis Maere Fine Arts Gallery on the first floor. In the gallery you will find paintings, sculptures and drawings made by Belgian and European artists from the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as some works from the avant-garde movement after WWI.
