John Dory is a seafood restaurant, as the name already implies. The restaurant’s core values are a personal service and sustainable products.

Chef Louis Snauwaert and his partner Cheyenne want to rekindle their customers’ love for seafood. The fish that is served here comes straight from the North Sea and is caught on the line. Louis uses local products as much as possible and bakes his own bread.

In this small, pleasant restaurant, you can enjoy a four-, five- or six-course menu with wine and food pairing.
