Since its establishment in 1899, Boulangerie Bloch has become a true icon in Ghent. Today, they offer a wide range of sweet and savoury products. All these delicacies are of the highest quality, and the bakers have honoured the authentic recipes of previous Bloch generations.

You can find delicious pastries, a wide range of bread, patisserie and plenty of savoury snacks (cheese rolls, quiches, pizza pies, etc.).  

You can also learn the tricks of the trade during a workshop given by Stefan Elias, the Belgian pastry chef who has worked for years with master baker Jacques Bloch.  

To this day, the following is still true: “You haven’t been to Ghent if you haven’t visited Bloch.”
