Mission Masala was first founded as a food truck on Barrio Cantina, Ghent’s food truck festival. Here, you can try authentic Indian dishes with a surprising element. The menu includes traditional Indian dishes prepared with a modern twist, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
Tip: be sure to try the butter chicken, which marinated for 48 hours, as it is one of the classic dishes on the menu.
