The Skybar Mr. Sato is located on the 10th floor of the Van der Valk Hotel, Ghent, and has two sides. On one side, you will find restaurant Mr. Sato, where you can enjoy authentic Japanese kaiseki dishes and a sharing menu, including a vegetarian option. In the Skybar, on the other side, you can sample unique cocktails, saké, Japanese whisky and other delicious drinks. There is also a roof terrace, where you can tuck into home-made sushi and exquisite snacks.
