Acclaimed as Flemish Chocolatier of the Year 2022 by Gault&Millau, Jannes Deduytschaever creates pralines, candy bars, snacks and chocolate fruits de mer.

He prefers working with single-origin chocolates such as Dark Vietnam 70% and Millot 74%. The latter is an atypical chocolate sourced from the historical and sustainable Millot plantation in Madagascar and is characterised by rich, mildly acidulous and fruity flavours.

Jannes also developed a collection of nut butters in three flavours that certainly deserve a spot on your breakfast table.
