'Sneeuwballen', a regional product, are a fresh and delicious treat: a cloud of vanilla coated with a thin layer of dark chocolate and sprinkled with icing sugar. The perfect snowball cracks when you bite into it and melts on your tongue like snow in the sun.
These days snowballs are still made using traditional methods, in accordance with the authentic recipe, by Joeri Pergoot.
