Restaurant Mochica is the place to be to discover the Nikkei cuisine, a type of fusion cuisine originating from the creative minds of Japanese immigrants in Peru.
The restaurant does not have a fixed à la carte menu, for chef Dimitri Deman works with seasonal products to create a different 'Chef's Choice menu' every week. Meat and fish lovers as well as vegetarians will definitely find something to their taste here.
