Marcelo Ballardin studied at the London Cordon Bleu School, and completed a placement at Heston Blumenthal’s restaurant and at Tim Raue in Berlin. He also worked at Sergio Herman’s Pure C. In a nutshell, Marcelo definitely had what it takes to open his very own restaurant, where he serves up exceptional dishes made with seasonal and daily fresh products.
