The vegetables prepared for lunch are sources from their organic farm De Loods in Aalst, where employees of the Ateljee non-profit organisation grow organic fruit and vegetables. You can choose from the chef’s daily special or a vegetarian daily special, or put together your own meal at the buffet.

Every Thursday (Thursday Veggie Day!) you can choose a vegan or vegetarian daily special.
