Parnassus, a social employment project of by vzw Ateljee, serves a healthy lunch in the Franciscan church. People with limited opportunities on the labour market are given employment here.
The vegetables prepared for lunch are sources from their organic farm De Loods in Aalst, where employees of the Ateljee non-profit organisation grow organic fruit and vegetables. You can choose from the chef’s daily special or a vegetarian daily special, or put together your own meal at the buffet.
Every Thursday (Thursday Veggie Day!) you can choose a vegan or vegetarian daily special.
