Tilly’s Ghent flan is a recognised traditionally Flemish regional product. The flan is made using artisanal methods, according to an old family recipe from 1959. Perfect as a dessert or a snack.

In addition to East Flemish gingerbread, East Flemish speculaas (spiced biscuit), candy syrup and milk from local farmers, Tilly also uses another “secret” ingredient.
