Tilly’s Ghent flan is a recognised traditionally Flemish regional product. The flan is made using artisanal methods, according to an old family recipe that was kept on a note inside a cookbook from 1959. It was passed from grandmother to daughter to granddaughter.

In addition to East Flemish gingerbread, East Flemish speculaas (spiced biscuit), candy syrup and milk from local farmers, Tilly also uses another “secret” ingredient.
