The menu doesn’t include croissants or avocado toast, but rather spinach waffles, banh xeo pancakes with slow-cooked pork belly, American pancakes with lemon curd and caramelised white chocolate, etc. 

At weekends, you can indulge in Modest’s extensive 4 or 5-course brunch menu.

On weekdays, you can eat à la carte or opt for extensive menus.

Bestsellers such as American pancakes, brioche French toast and cilbir eggs are on the menu all year round. Everything else changes seasonally.
